Black History cannot be contained within a month – it is ever expanding, newly excavated, both an on-going discovery and new revelation. In the United States, it is a history entangled with enslavement and persistent criminalization, but most of all, it is a history of resilience and resistance. Of power and promise that will be finally, fully realized.
